Who are we

We have over 35 years experience in the hotel and accommodation industry in the New Zealand Australia, India and Indonesia. This brings and added advantage when dealing with our clients as we understand the business requirements from all aspects including operational restrictions, quality control, regulatory standards, guest and management expectations. Having worked with international and local developers we understand the desired outcomes on a project by project basis, and we pride ourselves in providing a seamless and professional experience. We only work with national and international manufacturers, designers and product suppliers who have a proven track record of meeting not only our expectations but also our clients.

Our principle, Bob Marshall is a project management professional, offering 20+ years of experience in the hotel and hospitality fit out industry. Originally with a hotel management background working for international companies, he became involved in many aspects of development, and since 2001 he has worked on hotel and resort projects in New Zealand, Fiji, Australia, Asia and India. This led to permanent involvement in project management roles within the hospitality fit out industry specialising in resorts, education, mining accommodation. He provides a high level of proficiency in operational performance, utilising skills and experience in providing solutions that meet and exceed the desired outcomes all of project stakeholders.

His skill set includes

―             Responsibility for budgets and management of costs

―             Management of corporate representatives -  business development, design, contract and admin personnel

―             Logistics management, liaison with oversees manufacturers and suppliers, quality control

―             Project Management of Installation and delivery of desired outcomes
